Situated in an upmarket winter and summer seasonal resort in the beautiful Swiss Alps, The Pilates Studio Gstaad offers various permanent and seasonal employment opportunities. Information on future positions are listed below.
Summer 2012 Seasonal Full-Time Position
Start Date: 18th June 2012
Finish Date: 9th September 2012
Salary: CHF4,000-CHF4,200 Gross per month (Dependant on experience)
40hr Week
Holiday time is based on 4 weeks annual holidays
2 Weeks Probationary Period
Duties include: Instruction in-house and home visits, administration, assisting Studio Manager with Studio Summer marketing and promotions, maintenance of studio environment/equipment.
Requirements: Must be a fully qualified/certified Pilates Instructor (minimum 600hours training time) in Matwork, Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Barrels, Small Apparatus, Rehabilitation. Minimum 2 years teaching experience. Excellent English language skills and German and French are a bonus.
Swiss, EU (with the legal right to live and work in Switzerland) or UK passport.

Winter 2012/2013 Seasonal Full-Time Position
Start Date: 14th December 2012
Finish Date: 31st March 2013
Salary: CHF4,200 Gross per month
40hr Week

Childcare/Domestic Helper Full-Time Permanent Position (Live Out)
Start Date: 1st May 2012
Salary: CHF2,800 - CHF3,500 Gross per month dependant on age and experience
40hr Week
Holiday time is based on 4 weeks annual holidays (to be taken when family is on holidays)
1 Month Probationary Period
Working Environment:
- Small Swiss/Australian family based in Lauenen, a small rural town 10mins from Gstaad. The area is picturesque and perfect for those whom love nature, outdoor activities and the quiet life
- Small traditional Swiss chalet, next to local beginner ski area, with a small garden and two family cats
- Working week is normally 6 days per week, Mon-Sat, on average 6 hours per day. This can vary and you must be flexible to work the occasional evening or longer day.
- Meals while at work are included
- Assistance looking for accommodation is provided when requested
Duties include:
- Childcare of two girls, 3 and 5 years old, including taking and collecting them to and from school or other activities, planning and participating in other educational and fun activities etc
- Household duties: house cleaning, washing/folding/ironing clothes, washing dishes etc
- Cooking healthy nutritional meals, menu planning, preparing shopping lists etc
- Assisting mother, Natasha Lutz, with other activities when required i.e. running errands, banking
Requirements:
- MUST LOVE CHILDREN
- MUST WANT A LONG TERM POSITION
- Experience caring for young children
- Experience with household duties
- Preferably an education in childcare
- Preferably a current first aid certificate
- Be able to understand and communicate in English
- Preferably German, French, Italian or Romanisch mother tongue
- Swiss, EU17 or UK passport
- Current official document stating that you have no criminal record
