The conditions that Galileo can help:
- General muscular weakness
- Balance disorders
- Post surgery rehabilitation
- Incontinence
- Post-natal pelvic floor training
- Osteoporosis/Osteopenia
- Poor circulation
- Tightness in the back muscles or unspecific back pain
The Galileo is not suitable for the following:
- Pregnancy
- Epilepsy
- Acute Thrombosis
- Acute Inflammation of muscles, tendons or joints
- Malignant tumours
- Recent fractures
- Gall bladder or kidney stones
- Some metal implants (Please check with the Pilates Studio or your Doctor for more information)
- Rheumatoid Arthritis
